Blossom Fine Foods started with a little idea and a whole lot of love. Love for beautiful food, love for family and love of life. From humble beginnings making almond bread biscuits at home with my mum and Baba (grandmother), we have grown into Perth's premier producer of gourmet tarts, quiches, pies and sweets. Although mum and Baba no longer bake kilos of biscuits at home, we are still committed and passionate about producing beautiful food from scratch, and always made with love.
Daily, our pastry chefs handcraft the finest shortcrust and butter puff pastry to produce a delicious range of sweet and savoury tarts, pies, sweet slices and bar cakes. The rest of our dedicated team are always busy perfecting our rich sauces and fillings for our pies, quiches and frittatas.
I believe in only producing food that I would love to eat and share with others. That is why at Blossom Fine Foods, we are committed to only using the freshest produce available, and striving for excellence in everything we do. Our fruit and vegetables are delivered daily from the markets. We use locally sourced Gingin grass-fed beef in our pies, and our sweet range is made with only the highest quality ingredients we can source.
We supply a wide variety of supermarkets, cafes, delicatessens and gourmet stores around Perth and I invite you to eat and celebrate life with us, and try one our delicious products, which are still to this day...handmade with love.
